Last W21 again :( but again really enjoyed myself. Made another mistake at the beginning. After getting 1 spot on, ran straight to 2, but came off bearing at ended up at 3, then had to go back to 2 (my 2-3 split pretty good). Pretty clean after that. Really nice course, and I'll say again how amazing Neil's map is.

A long way behind the rest of the field (of which only another 5 people) but pleased with this, given the little night-o I've done. Messed up first control being stupid and thinking I'd gone further than I had, having to relocate. Then fine until the far part. 6-7 had thought I'd go along the road but someone seemed to be yelling at people so decided to go straight, aiming off to hit the fence. Kind of worked but couldn't quite work it out so went to path/fence corner and came back in. 9-10 also straight. Hit control on a thicket but then thought it was one about 20m away. Ended up relocating from fence again. Annoyingly route gadget shows I had been almost on top of it.

The map is amazing. There's so much detail, lots of small hills with pits on, but when you look up it all makes sense (if you're in the right place...)

Good session, think I probably did the 5 min ones a bit slowly but kept similar pace throughout. Need to remember to get rid of the k beep on my watch so can time this properly.

Still feel can't catch breathe at times.

Meant to run home but went to get haircut instead. Also meant to run Sunday but got sorting house things out (and sleeping) and just didn't happen.
