Orienteering (Ightham ) 1:38:00 [3] 9.45 km (10:22 / km) +290m 8:59 / km
shoes: Inov8 ORoc 280

Gorgeous day in the woods. Enjoyed my run around. I wasn't fast and a bit iffy in places but mostly ok, and at least having loads of controls meant lots to concentrate on. Pretty hilly. Only really irritating mistake at 17 after truning ankle, and despite realising where I'd hit the path still didn't correct for it. Also almost punched 15 before 16, but routewise it was ok. Legs tired.

Orienteering race (Brighton City Race) 45:01 [4] 7.45 km (6:03 / km) +71m 5:46 / km
shoes: Saucony ProGrid Ride - 2nd pai

Pretty Clean run. Had stomach ache. Roads were a bit busy and found it hard to see which butterflies I was meant to be on (so many red lines). Good race - think I enjoyed last years more tho - I think it just felt like there was more to it. 3rd woman, beaten by a W16 who, as Brooner kindly pointed out, is half my age :(

Run home via a few errands. Felt surprisingly ok, bit steady as worried it was icy.

Didn't feel I was going that quick but seem to have done ok. Forgot to write down last answer like a dumbass, couldn't see one of them without glasses and couldn't get down Victoria St as they were blowing up a suspicious vehicle.
