Orienteering race 19:59 [3] 2.6 km (7:41 / km)

Prologue. Quite enjoyed all the little legs near the start. Trainers were such a bad plan for today though, so slow and slippy with them! Didn't realise there'd be so much wood/fields/marshes!

Orienteering race 20:30 [3] 2.9 km (7:04 / km)

Was all going fine until I got totally stuck near the end, took a bad route choice and was overtaken by quite a few people. Pleased that I kept good contact with the map though. Again some major bails in the mud. All in all a pretty fun day of training.

Been feeling pretty ill since last weekend (tonsils, ear, the usual) but I wanted to test a run today to make sure I can still chasing sprint tomorrow without making it any worse. Felt ploddy but no worse for going.
