time i spent running was the only time i felt human all day. on the plus side i now love poptarts!!

not too bad. considering how much training ive missed from being ill in the last month its good that i was still with willie g, even if i was hanging on. was getting slaughtered on the minutes though, need some speed. slightly worried how long left i have to acquire this speed.
