Legs felt pretty empty after the day before and Zac was too far ahead to use at all so was lacking a bit of speed. Hope I didn't let the team down for it. Again there was no navigation at all. Been a Dissapointing weekend in terms of planning, could have done a lot better in the lakes

Far too easy for boc. Most of it was pure running with little navigation and only one route choice which means it wasn't a course that was suited to me much especially as I'm struggling with fitness this year. Could have done with a more complex course which could easily have been done on that area but just poor planning. The little event I went to on stickle pike a week or so ago was much better

Went to test out my knee which was okayish but I felt ill :/ only managed 2 reps and the rest jogging
