5.4 km 165m nominal
Garmin Connect reported 172m climbed
Temp around 42, cloudy and raw-feeling. Thank yous to Janet P and Sandy for hanging out all day in the cold!

I was a bit to the left on the leg to 3 but the reentrant was pretty noticeable when I got close so I was able to correct the right way. Happy with my navigation, and for finishing a green course in under an hour and a half.

Julie and Svetlana caught up at the last control and flew down the trail to finish. I did the best I could. :-)

Up Lanark Road and around a neighborhood I hadn't been in. Ranches and split levels puts in the '50s-60s range; house on the end facing NE now faces the retaining wall for the Rt 309S exit ramp off I78....

Yoga 50:00 [1]

Not sure what to call the focus, but it involved both sides of the body and making sure to involve them equally. Tough on aching shoulder and hip (and knee), all on the right side.

Around and about, with almost no hills this time. Colder than Tuesday, about 38 and breezy, but sunny and bright.

Note

Proposal on NREs -- my thoughts

I like the plan for branded start, finish, teardrop banners.

Arenas are great but if wonderful terrain doesn't have a proper arena available it shouldn't jeapordize the event's ability to bid on a championship.

Consistent results presentation is a nice idea but not always practical.

Not sure that realigning the champs designations will result in more national events or fewer. I'm guessing fewer national (sanctioned) events, less income.

Walking 1:10:57 [3] 4.21 mi (16:51 / mi) +125m 15:26 / mi
slept:7.0 shoes: Sauc TriumphISO-silver/gr/blue

Up the hill. Crossed Blue Church Road (we haven't discovered an actual blue church, though), and went up the hill to explore Daisy Lane, which has a few houses overlooking the broad Saucon Valley, and Lotus Dr which tees into it.

Temp in the mid 50s and sunny, with a west breeze that was only noticeable a few times.
