I was able to do part of the stepping, but knee is still not amenable to bending like it used to.

These shoes make my feet tingle afterward, not comfortably. I know I can't use them much longer but am bummed I can no longer get the Shadow 6000 model in wide (these are medium; my last few pairs including the ones I use outside the Y are wide). I have to track down a worthy replacement.

Mary's back from her vacation (and so am I) so we worked out with weights today, but not as much as I'd expected. Fun.

We decided not to do after-Pilates exercise but I expect to back in the swing by Thursday.
