Ride for Victory for work. First half was easy then after the climb to Jamestown I started to struggle a little to finish it out. Just tired but good. Joints feel better after this ride than before.

Run up and down Mt Evans road. Felt strong the whole time, took an easy on purpose just putting in time on my feet and still came within 5-6mins of my Ascent PR. Pretty shocked by that. Even worked on walking during the run.
Really sore this morning. After doing a double run yesterday, I spent 2.5 hours last night pushing a lawn mower mowing down knee high weeds. Worked me over.
