Started at the Ranger station went over the peaks, then a little bit back up Shadow looking for someone, and back on Mesa. Kicked my ASS!!!! Legs were just tired and week but energy was fine. Tried to keep the HR down even on the climbs and looks like I did pretty good with that. Still blowing snot all over but way better than yesterday.
