The effort felt a lot harder than the HR shows. I had issue getting my HR to rise. Still sick and now seem to be coughing more, hopefully it stays out of my chest. Layered up again try to help sweat it out.
Think I might skip the race on Saturday and do the mileage at a slow pace.
