Went to Lancaster University with Lewis, to meet Quentin who organised some brilliant sprint training for both of us. Ran a few loops, aiming to start the first one at a steady pace, and then increasing the pace with each exercise. Had an hour break before the last loop to simulate the British sprint heats and final rest period. Absolutely buzzing after this, really siked for the JK!
