Had to stop and adjust the loose left cleat, so I started a new session to go up the hill. Did not have to walk any of the hill. Yeah! A little extra recovery loop around the block after I stopped the watch. A very pleasurable end to the ride.

Meant to swim this morning, but after messing with map printing until after midnight, I couldn't drag myself out of bed at 6:30, not even to knock on the window to shoo away the woodpecker pecking, the damn pecker!

Wouldn't have swam this evening either, but after finding two ticks on me, and I didn't even go out into the woods, I decided the only thing to do was to drown any others that may be lurking.

QOC event went well, with a great turnout - 131 starts, about 190 people. Lovely day to sit in the shade next to the water, with a gentle breeze later in the day. Up the field a couple of times. Foot hurts.

All under 600 today - Aretha rocks!

Several hours of pulling student records, moving boxes, etc. Foot hurt after. Iced when I got home.

Poor timing. Ate early before PT appt, then I was super hungry before swimming, so ate lots before. Rendered slug like for the swim, but at least I did something. ZoomZoomCap was negated. Though I did have a call for a transcript today for a Vroom, not a Broom, as I heard initially. Vroom is a pretty cool surname.

Managed 50 laps, well, really 52, but those two involved fiddling...
