Really need to do more than just the weekend, and especially more than just Sunday, after blowing off a perfectly lovely Saturday. Ok, in all fairness, I did yard work and long naps with Roger yesterday. Marital harmony counts for A LOT!!

Note

I am working backwards here on my log. I left some blood today at my dr's office for my physical next Tuesday. I planned to run today, but just jogging to my car at noontime to move it before I got a three hour zone ticket showed me that my neck was not up to a run today. So, I got to go home after work for a rest time instead.

Totally wasted today - the usual exhaustion I feel on Tuesday after a big weekend. Roger had an appointment with the kidney specialist, so, I headed home after work knowing that we would be in for a longer nap time after work. And, so, I napped for about 75 minutes with Roger. Just got to do this sometimes, insomnia be damned!!

Note

Made it home last night easily enough about 10:15 PM. Instead of sitting up drinking wine and playing on the computer, I went to bed. Sort of a backfire - body was in pain, especially my neck. I couldn't bend at the waist without extreme pain radiating into my neck. My neck has been iffy since I was rear ended in mid-November. I think that three nights of hotel sleeping, or non-sleeping since we had loud neighbors, and carrying excess laptop poundage on my back through the airport, triggered the pain in my neck. Agh!
