Walked on the trails at PWNF after the (A)-meet. Still home by 5:15. Life was good. More, hopefully, on the radio control test later.

Beautiful day. Another massive local event - 237 starts.

Drove to PWNF with Sandy to test out radio controls location for the QOC meet tomorrow. After we were done with that, we drove from Pine Grove to parking lot x and Sandy set out on a course I drew for her from the Permanent controls, and I set up Scenic Drive on my bike.

Wow, the outbound trip was tough into the 15 mph headwinds. That and the butt being out of shape. Was ready to turn around after a mile, but stuck it out for a bit more, and a bit more after that. Did the loop around the Oak Ridge Campground, and then "flew" back down the drive to the car.

Back at the van - good thing there were no crooks in the park today. Had left the back door open...oh, about $5k of equipment, as well as Sandy and my wallets. Oops.

Beautiful day for a ride, except for the wind, of course.

Sandy enjoyed the course I designed, so double plus for the day.

Homework was to walk today. Did 15 minutes on fields and muddy trails and 15 minutes on paved surface. Felt winded easily, no surprise.

Sadly, this evening the body parts hurt and ache.

Mental well being is not helped by the fact that I weighed in today at my highest ever weight. Even right before Sarah was born, I was "only" 194. Not 200 yet...but close. For now, I am sticking with my too small pants for penance. The waistband cutting into my fatness is more painful then my Achilles and hip this evening. Or, at least in my mind, it is.

Sarah is 31 today. Lailah was 1 ten days ago. Time flies!

Session with Mike. Feeling a bit beat up later, so I did not stretch in the evening.

I have been adding crunches to the day - usually 2x30. Core DVD is out right now since my hip is so cranky.
