Trail Run (Some trail @ P&G) 28:23 [3] 2.4 mi (11:50 / mi)
shoes: Salomom XT Wings 10

Peter got home from his bike ride to find that Sandy and I had just arrived, and I wanted to take a short run, and I wanted a guide. Gave Peter a moment to change his shoes and shorts and we were off up the hill, up to Gunn Road and back. The mixed oak and hemlock is just beautiful this time of year as the leaves come down, plus the late afternoon light, a very pleasant outing with very fine company!

Afterwards, we all drove up to the top of South Sugarloaf to check out the sights. I would have run up, but I didn't want to wear out Peter anymore than I had already. ;)

Actually...our run took about 17 minutes up and 11 minutes to come back. My lungs were killing me, and it still hurts to take a deep breath 4 hours later - lack of doing almost anything of significance this last month was very telling, but I was thrilled to get out for a run with Peter the Great.
