Note

I have a cold and sore throat, though my house mates may claim that the sore throat is from snoring. AH...the luxury of sleeping along - no one stops you from snoring, unless the walls are REALLY thin.

S6D 2 - tough, tough, tough...would have quit if I had been able to find a way back which was shorter than just continuing. Found them all. Didn't finish last.

WOC Sprint Final. Asked and granted permission to load splits to AP. WooHoo! Will have to see if I can suns out the 6 days as well.

Picked up at 10:30, home at 8:30ish, though with no supper. Minimal choices open on a Sunday in a small Scottish town. No worries...Amy had something easy to whip up for dinner. Thank you Amy!!

Picked up Sandy from the airport in Inverness.
Tromped around a training map - poorly done
Met a local on the way to the loch
5 ticks, with more to come.
Dolphin boat tour at 8 PM. Lasted 2 hours. Seven adults and six children (one 13 months old). The older children were delightful. The 13 month old made me feel bad about about what her parents were putting her through. Sigh.
