orienteering race 1:48:00 [4] 9.1 km (11:52 / km) +70m 11:26 / km

Long distance event - WCOC in Manitoba. Five fastest splits, even the long one. Found number 13 before 12 and ran out of energy around number 13....a power gel next time. Start to understand the map. 3rd position.
9.1*1.5= 13.6

running 17:00 [2] 2.0 km (8:30 / km)

hiking 5:30:00 [2] 19.0 km (17:22 / km) +1250m 13:04 / km

Hike with Benoit to L'Acropole des draveurs at Malbaie River (feeling of Grouse grind in a tropical forest). We got all kind of weather on the way.
Hike up to Mont du lac des cygnes. Very strong wind and rain.
Two mountains in one day!
