A hilly long pig. Ouf! I liked it a lot, it was just a bit too hilly at the End and I did not feel that I want to go over one ravine three times back and forth. I did something to my ankle on the control number 9 and had to really slow down. I loved some of the long legs. I still got beaten by some pretty good girls. Very nice sunny day.

Sprint in Burnet Woods in Cincinnati, great course, partly woods with a few ravines and partly open gras. I made a few slower route choices and had to turn a few controls on because I started 01.... two SI Units did never turn on, were dead.... that confused me for a bit. Passed by some young people today. I better start to take it more seriously finally.

Second leg of the Relay Race as a part of Trans Canada Express Team. A very good one by the way...
Jon Torrance ran the first one and came in 5 minute lead, I finished first also and still had a few minute lead, Eugene M. got passed by two guys on the third leg and poor Magnus had to run as a horse and almost caught up to Zhuk and E. Bone, so we finished 19 seconds after the Cascade O Club in third place. Pretty hilly, I had to push a bit, finally got closer to the girls from my category. I still have one chance tomorrow, but it will be very hilly and long.

Middle distance of Flying Pig races, muddy ravines, partly open forest, a lot of hills and fun course, got beaten by some older woman even if I did not really make a mistake. I guess I better strat to seriously run here.
