Orienteering race 2:02:13 [3] 6.29 mi (19:26 / mi) +900m 13:27 / mi
ahr:146 max:175

Much cleaner orienteering today than yesterday. Couple of minor mistakes, couple of conservative route choices, but good contact generally.

Orienteering race 1:35:00 [3] 3.87 mi (24:33 / mi) +700m 15:43 / mi
ahr:140 max:172

Middle Green. Started out OK, but made a few serious errors. R. calf kept my speed slow enough that I should have been able to maintain contact.

Orienteering 50:08 [3] 2.09 mi (23:59 / mi)
ahr:128 max:158 shoes: Salomon trail shoes

Running around on the model maps at PEEC. R calf is definitely sore, which I only notice when I run. Maybe this weekend I will not move faster than I can understand the terrain.

Road running 50:21 [1] 5.25 mi (9:35 / mi)
ahr:147 max:162 shoes: BA11

ARRT 5.5M loop, shortened when my R calf began to twinge.

Gorgeous day, gorgeous weather, trees in full color.

Cycling 33:00 [2] 8.2 mi (4:01 / mi)
ahr:148 max:164

Road ride in nice weather ccw around the reservoir. Stopped at Cascading Waters to switch to Trail Running shoes.

trail running 15:08 [3] 0.86 mi (17:36 / mi) +100m 12:56 / mi
ahr:138 max:159

Changed into my first pair of O shoes, to see if they'd make a better pair to run in than the current pair, which have holes in the uppers. They worked fine.

I ran on a new trail that I'd never run on before.

Cycling 11:08 [1] 2.54 mi (4:23 / mi)
ahr:144 max:163

Back home after changing back to cycling shoes.
