Note
rhr:76 weight:168.6lbs (sick)
HR/Weight measured at the Dr.'s office. I'm surprised by the HR=76 reading, but that's not a real resting HR. I wonder if I had been diligently tracking rHR whether I would have detected an up-spike as my cough turned productive.
The PA opined that I'm fighting a virus; no other strep-like symptoms
I had the best night's sleep for the night after a marathon that I can recall. Yes, I ached each time I rolled over or shifted positions, but the aches were less sharp than typical after this much (over)exertion.
Today, I feel less beaten up than after the Highlander. I'm walking around reasonably well, only slowing down when I go down the stairs.
