Note

Knee is generally always a little off due to the excercises and trying to strengthen it.

Taking today off to try and give it some rest in preparation for the week.

On a positive note, the exercies also help my ankle!

Exercises only need to be every second day, if I'm feeling good I do them everyday when I can.
