Solid but not spectacular run on 8+ relay, Steve, me, Jon. We ended up just 4 seconds down on will, Ross and Ben. . Missed 30 seconds at second to last for Ross to sneak in.

Scottish Champs - difficult to take many positives, performance wise. Not sure why I was in such a negative mood but grumpy with the terrain from the off.

Generally ok for first 8 and caught Ben 6 minutes at the one in the wrong place. lost a couple of minutes at that stage.

All went wrong from there struggling with generalised map style and thick terrain, loosing 5 mins from 11 to 15 then 5 at 17 (not helped by pulled back).

Not huge amount of motivation after that. Good to get a silver medal and 4th on course. Well done to Jase.
