Cold cold night for the Veteran's-O. Fun time out there though! Had a pretty good run despite feeling the day's prior effort in the legs from the start. Bummed that it's the last of the season. We'll have to get out for some OTNT's now. Let's get it going!

Running 54:00 [4] 6.2 mi (8:43 / mi)

Speed work with Kelly around Nokomis. She was doing one 6 minute mile followed by a 5:30 minute mile, then 4 minutes rest, repeat 3X. I tried to do the 6 minute miles with her, but I could not do them all. Still felt last weekend's 10 mile effort in my legs. At least I got out and tried! I got a 10k done in the end.

Exploring potential OTNT site. No off trail running but the trails are so good I think we'll have to do it regardless. Next Tuesday or the one afterward?
