Nerstrand, my favorite map.

Lots of mistakes, none of them big. Maybe have a quibble or two with the map and with low hung controls.

Felt like I had a bad run but the results said otherwise.

Fitness felt good. I'd love to discuss with other runners.

Where were Todd, Andrei, darryn?

Very fun urban scavenger hunt. 120 participants. $500 to the winner. Biz and I teamed up, and we took home the dough!

Fun city races was a first time promoter. Good stuff.

Run at the river bottoms. Felt tired at the beginning and great at the end. Go figure.

Nice cool night, a light sprinkle, nobody (almost) on the trail.

Fast loop at leb, but a little slower than last night. Using the STRAVA app on the iphone, my favorite app to date. Really fun and provides good workout motivation, check it out!

Mountain Biking 37:11 [5] 6.4 mi (10.3 mph)

Fastest loop I could do at leb. Expert to intermediate, without the terrain park at the end.
8 PM

Strength Training 45:00 [3]

Mile on the treadmill warm up and then squats, lunges, deadlifts, add, abductor, one leg squats. good workout.
