Foxley - Bloody awful area full of brambles only found three small areas where you could keep running without getting tripped up. Glad I didn't enter!

Great Malvern - Well planned course on a very sunny spring day. Started well but a small miss on the climb to 9 and then decided to cut the corner on the way from 11-12 through the runnable woods. Big mistake as it got thicker and thicker - think I lost 5 minutes but then several others had also been that way.
Very slow towards the end and legs started to stiffen up straight away. I think it was all the braking coming downhill!
