shoes: NB 745 trail sneakers

8:00 am , rainy, 65 degrees. Trail run with Alan young from Kakiat park to sebago beach.
Run starts with a 150+ hill climb. We walked up.

5:30 am run. Heavy humidity. 90M climb in the woods in about 1k is the crux of the run.

Nice thing about rainy mornings is that the rattle snakes are not out sunning themselves to you dont have to keep an eye out for them.

"fast loop" from my house to the Suffern-Bear mountain trail.
Air was very humid.

about 6K. 120 meters climk all in about 1.5 K Phew!
Down hill on the same trail basically sucks.

trail run long 8:00:00 [4] 26.0 mi (18:28 / mi) +1900m 15:03 / mi

Did the SBM trail with Greg. started to feel it on the uphills after about 5 hours. Kept a slower pace for the last 3. Weather was hot - mid 80's and plenty of humidity. Dehydration was the big issue.

Felt good at the end. Then got an upset stomach about 1 hour after the run.
