TUT. Turns out I had a good run.
Keen to see splits.

Swim 9:06 [3] 0.5 km (18:12 / km)

A plain swim in the pool.
Getting the stroke right.
Only 500m, spent another 10min practicing tumble turns and kicks.
Feel pretty confident now, will do tumble turns from now on.

Mountain Biking tempo 36:00 [1] 10.0 km (16.7 kph)

Measured kilo markers for my time trial and then in reverse again.
Turns out its 40m too long. hmmm... ~6sec off my time?

Only wanted 6, at end I may have hung in to do 8.
Only found route this evening. Got more data
Wanted 1:48/600. 1st/2nd too fast and should have run the rest harder
Route was dark and no distance markers between start finish.

More interesting data.
6 days ago. My HR maxed at 193 @ 16min then dropped off.
This week it peaked only on the dash to the finish.
2BPM ave lower. Had good warm up/down.
Legs kept me behind tonight. Must have been last night, even arms stiff.
The whole way felt like I wasn't giving it enough stick.
Must measure K markers

19:00 Hats off to me. Attempted a rhythm session.
Did 5km warm up/down. Rest of time on session.
Hard to find a grass stretch to do.
Only managed 2/3 of session, got tremendous pain in right foot.
Think pain from a jump I took at Rustenburg hike.
