Walk from yacht club to romaine and back via old surry road.

Bike 1:39:00 [3] 36.7 km (2:42 / km) +573m 2:30 / km

Finished walk and road from Yacht club to Yolla and back home. Cool on the bike and a bit windy but not to bad fo first road bike ride for nine months.

ZWIFT indoor trainer sprint session, 30 minutes pulled me up.

Got a new indoor trainer and hooked into zwift. Great fun and very solid work out. Hopefully will motivate me to be on the bike more whilst dark cold and shitty outside.

Wednesday fartlek, lower back very sore at the end.
