Testing Sprint 1, but forgot to set the watch until partway between 2 and 3. Took a couple of inferior routes to test them. Long way around for an easier attack, but too slow.
first time in a long time. I think the elbow is progressing enough that this may be beneficial for strengthening. It is certainly hard work, but I seem to recall that it gets easier pretty fast if I keep at it.
