Pretty puny workout, but I had to leave the house at 6:15 to go to Providence, so I didn't have much time. First time in a while on the machine, and first since I hurt my back installing a gate two weeks ago. Back felt really bad, kind of a burning sensation, but certainly an incentive to take it easy. I would not have much liked to continue. I'll just have to try a little at a time.

Met my cousin Matt at Queens Plaza subway stop after his classes at 10pm and ran from there across Queensboro bridge and east side to Central Park, through the Park and to his place on West End at 92nd st. Really feeling my legs after orienteering this weekend. Fun, though.
