Pleasant Valley out and back on E River Rd. Feeling tired. On my way home from Shelton. I knew if I drove all the way home I'd be too tired to do anything, so good that I stopped. Kind of slow. I guess I don't get any faster when I'm not running.

Sprint 1 and Sprint 2, Stuckey Pond, Delaware Water Gap. Made me feel like taking a nap. Ran as fast as I could, with mostly good navigation.

Stuckey Pond, DVOA Team Fundraiser meet. Decided not to push it physically, but concentrate on accuracy. Did pretty well, until the finish. Running from the last control to the finish was a disaster! Just lost concentration. Otherwise a fine day.

Speed workout. 9 minutes warm up and cool down, 5 x 800m w/2 min recovery: 3:22, 3:26, 3:20, 3:19, 3:20. Loop around house and fields.
