trail run 14:00 [5] 1.5 mi (9:20 / mi)

Just a little speed workout. 3X one loop on trail around my house and fields (~.5 mile), 3:26, 3:22, 3:21 with 2:00 recovery (walking). Not steep, but enough up and down to focus the attention.

Rowing Machine 30:00 [2] 6.7 km (4:29 / km)

First time in about a month on the rowing machine. Kind of hard to get back into it.

Thursday May 19, 2005 #

trail run 35:00 [2] 2.75 mi (12:44 / mi)

Around Arthur's Jeep road. Felt tired and leaden-legged. Maybe it was the 4 1/2 hours of filling in holes, planting grass and mowing.

Wednesday May 18, 2005 #

cycling 1:31:50 [3] 23.0 mi (4:00 / mi)

Sandy Brook Road. Good distance. I was feeling pretty good until maybe the last 3 or 4 miles. Anyway, it seems that the pace is picking up.

weights 10:00 [1]

bench presses, pull downs

Gym 1:00:00 [1]

Mary Ellen's class - much more mellow than Rhonda's

Gym 50:00 [2]

Rhonda is back teaching class, and making it hot for the students! I was pretty tired after the weekend.
