Orienteering 1:17:07 [3] 7.9 km (9:46 / km)
31c shoes: X-Talon 190

It was a really good course and I enjoyed it a lot, but I was really dehydrated and there was no water control so I was pretty tired by the end

Running 43:12 [3] 5.96 mi (7:15 / mi)
shoes: Vibram KSO

I ran a little farther than I would have liked to, but I was mystified by the two random orienteering controls that I found about 25 meters off the trail. So i was running around a little more to see if I could find another or someone that looked like they were holding a map. But my attempt was unsuccessful, all I found was a tree of small bitter apples

Strength 5:00 [3]

Did some core after the run

Swimming 50:00 [3]

2250 yards: another unofficial practice. We never got the work out cause our coach sent it out at 1:58 and I practiced at the 2 o'clock session rather then the 4 o'clock session. So we just made up an medium-easy one with a few different sets.

Swimming 1:20:00 [3]

3800 meters: Practice went at a faster pace then the past few days because we had an unofficial practice and you could either go at 2 or 4. So when I went at 2 there were about ten of us there and one of the seniors led it so he kept the pace fast the rest short.

Swimming 1:35:00 [3]

3700 meters: Our first real practice was surprisingly easy. The coach was really nice and said that we won't really be doing intervals until the pool is converted into two 25 meter pools in about three weeks.
