Probably my worst preformance ever. From the start my legs felt really heavy and in the middle i got a really bad cramp under my collar bone.

Today we did a workout simular to the one we did on monday, but we only did six 400s instead of ten. So the first two were at 90, then the next three were at 76, and the last one was at 74.

So today our coach decided to bus varsity, an hour, all the way to Wickham Park (the location of our state meet) for practice. All we did was warm up, run the couse once, do four accelerations going into the finish line, and then run a little more.
