We went to a Invitational in Rhode Island, and our race had about 200 people in it. I wanted to get in the top ten, but I was still tired out from tuesday and the week of school, so I only got 15th.

For practice we did Intervals because we have a meet on saturday but we didn't want to do another long run. We jogged on the turns and then went progressively harder on the straightaways through out the workout.

This was my first X-C meet of the season since I didn't race last week. I wasn't sure how well I was going to do because I was still tired from the weekend, but I ended up out sprinting the other kid in to the finnish and won the race.
