15min warm up to a field in Ashtonfield.
Short intervals session: 2x 100m, 200m, 400m, 200m, 100m w/30sec recoveries. Pushed hard and it was actually quite a tough little session, but also turns out the field wasn't as flat as i recalled so i think that had a bit of an impact. No idea how they thought it was fair for us to play touch football there it's on such a lean! Had a bit of a struggle with my breathing again, just hoping it's not that i'm on the verge of getting a cold.
10min warm down. Josh had a boost for me when i got home :') Makes me feel even worse for locking him out of the house for like 90 mins yesterday...
