About a 14min warm up and 10 warm down.
Then 100, 200, 300, 400 with 1min between each and then back down. The air was pretty icy this morning! Happy with how i went though, especially considering the pretty strong headwind i ended up with on every interval. Primary school kids started turning up in the warm down for their athletics carnival, pretty glad i went so early aha.
