QBIII Day 3.

A little control collection to try to redeem my faith in my navigation a little bit. Pretty shocking weekend for me... I lost about two minutes on day one, 10 on day two and 5 on day three, super disappointing and i just dont quite know why it all went so bad! I like to think ive got it all out of my system now, can't wait to do another course and feel like i can do it properly. It was a really good weekend though, super good maps and courses so it's a tad more frustrating that i just couldn't quite get it. After day three's mistakes i've come to a conclusion I wasn't paying enough attention to my attackpoints. Most mistakes were made to the end of the legs, when going in to the control circle, so i'm definitely going to work on that! Fingers crossed it was just one of those bad weekends...

Run around Ashtonfield, a bit of a hilly loop again so i pretty was happy with how i went actually, i got a nice surprise when i saw the pace on my watch when i thought i was going too slow. In my warm down yesterday i noticed a bit of a pain in the middle of the soles of my feet and i thought it was just from tight calves from the hills but i noticed it a little bit again today... Have a feeling it's because of my orthotics, they're getting a little worse for wear

Running hills 48:00 [3]

12 min warm up

2x 4*60sec hill intervals, jog down recovery and 5 minutes between each set. It was really hard, plus i had the wind against me on the uphills which was pretty rough. Happy with how i went though, i got to within like 5 metres of the same spot each time i think, and i really worked on using my arms properly :)

12 min warm down. So many people out walking dogs, it was so nice!
