12 min warm up
2x 4*60sec hill intervals, jog down recovery and 5 minutes between each set. It was really hard, plus i had the wind against me on the uphills which was pretty rough. Happy with how i went though, i got to within like 5 metres of the same spot each time i think, and i really worked on using my arms properly :)
12 min warm down. So many people out walking dogs, it was so nice!
