Orienteering race (Camp Champs - Kowen) 32:05 [3] 3.9 km (8:14 / km)

Pretty happy with this. I made a small error on number 3 - i had just gone to the left and past the boulder. The only thing i struggled with was my physical side i think. I loved the loops again.

Training out at hilltop. So thick and tough. Really good to work on navigation though.

Orienteering (Pairs map memory at Kowen) 50:00 [3]

I can't remember if i stopped my watch straight away when we finished or not, but thats what time it said on my watch. I always like this exercise. It was so hard to plan your legs at times because of all the gross stuff on the ground!

Orienteering (Loops course at Kowen.) 24:00 [3]

I made a pretty awful mistake on this one, i just didn't make sure of where i crossed the track and drifted up a wrong gully and then got confused with the vegetation boundary. The rest of it was pretty good though, enjoyable.

Running race 14:58 [5] 3.0 km (4:59 / km)

3km time trial on Dickson oval. I was absolutely dreading it! But relieved to beat my time from when we did one on dads school oval.
12 PM

Running 10:00 [3] 2.0 km (5:00 / km)

I have no idea on the times or distances but these were two sprint intervals around the caravan park that Josh set. A lot of fun, but was pretty exhausting after this morning.
4 PM

Park Orienteering 34:05 [3] 4.2 km (8:07 / km)

Canberra twilight event at the ANU. Legs were not moving fast, it had been a big day, but it was great fun. The weather was awful at the start though!

Orienteering 20:00 [3]

First day of camp.
Everyone had their own course and put out the first control, went around the rest of the controls, and then picked theirs back up to bring in to the finish.
Not sure on how long it took.

Running 11:40 [3] 2.0 km (5:50 / km)

5 x 1min hard with 1 minute in between.

I did this at walka so i could test out my new orienteering shoes josh sold me :)
