From king edward park this week, the lengthy uphill at the end wasn't exactly the recovery run i was expecting but my legs coped well despite feeling a tad sore in the beginning :)

Strength + Conditioning 30:00 [3]

Strength on the highest peak of king edward park, the wind made balancing the side plank a little interesting. Good sesh
