As long as it was not the event and just a training, i do not want even to write the feedback! But i would say one thing that it was the most expensive training in my life (money, time and energy wasted)! :(

After the morning run (It was just a run), i did not want to go to TOC meet, but I am glad, i did go! Super orgaization and course! for 1 hour i took 15 CP and it just by walking! Total amount of CPs on the map were 30!!! I had so much fun! I wish more people would come to this event because it is really shows what is orienteering about! Fun and navigation! Thx to TOC for such a great course! You saved my day!

David Zyberberg is from Calgary. He was top 30 in CICs in 2007 for XC!
Nice run with him. Looks like, he is interested to try orienteering, and who knows maybe he become addicted to orienteering as all of us :)

These days, I am really short on time and not spending enough time for streching and weights. I feel better now, I hope to take the "sick" mark off tomorrow. I am doing some mapping in Ocad right now. I need to have some basis for the field work, which I am planning to do on Thursday and Friday :)
