good laugh at a local news item this afternoon:
a meeting of police (Rural Crime Investigators ) from NSW Vic & Queensland at Tocal today, to discuss new methods of policing for cattle theft etc. The spokesman really enjoyed talking about " RCI's surveillance techniques", with just the right emphasis on the initials, but the radio station only played the clip on one news bulletin.
