Minor event at O'Donnelltown again. Was pretty tired and not at all motivated. So I just plodded along. Seemed to find all the greenest green possible. Lost some time on 8 cos I had to retie both my shoelaces. Began to miss a couple late in the course as my mind was elsewhere.

Ventured out to Blue Gum Hills parkrun this morning due to its proximity to the coaching day afterwards. Interesting course with a bit more climb than I was anticipating! Ran completely by myself for the whole way so a bit hard to push, although I didn't want to go flat out anyway. Struggled a little with the cold air hitting my chest. Would have liked to be under 18, but not bad for my first time on the course.

Coaching day at O'Donnelltown set by coach Josh. Was a corridor exercise. Was alright in the beginning but I began to get tired and lost focus a bit towards the end. Plenty of walking, map was thick in a few places and there was plenty of fallen timber!

Ints at Glendale with Malin and Nic. Did a pyramid of 200, 400, 600, 800, 800, 600, 400, 200. 1 min rest for the 2's and 4's and 2 min rest for the 6 and 8's. Although I only took a minute after the second 600 to try and catch up to the girls. Felt rubbish this week and times weren't that quick. Ah well.

Brought the old Flyknit Ones out of retirement, was wearing them casually yesterday and felt more comfortable than I remembered. Although did notice how dead they were whilst running today.
