Orienteering race 40:57 [5] *** 6.5 km (6:18 / km)
shoes: Inov8 x talon 212 #2

HV Champs at Pelaw Main. no garmin today so thats course distance. Nav felt easy after overseas, scrub felt thick and scratchy after overseas. only missed 5 a little cos went to unmapped (i lie, it is actually mapped) mound first and was super wide to the left on 6. came out to the track to 10 but didn't cost me much. otherwise real good run, but came second to steve by 47 seconds.
legs didn't feel right still and foot was a bit numb afterwards. going to get it checked out
edit: on reflection after drawing my routegadget i could have run a lot straighter in places. a bit too keen on the track options

run around streets. legs have felt a bit funny since my flight (didn't help that they were really sore before my flight) and took a bit to get moving ok. didn't feel that great though
