Good race.

1,2 - pushed hard, lungs burning
3 - followed the trod not the map. 15s
4,5 - fine
6 - nearly catching Will Hensman as he went off the wrong side of the track
7 - missed the ditch, too far right. 5s
8 - fine
9 - fastest split
10,11 - fine
12 - tiring slightly
13 - got stuck behind a group of people on the trod
14 - slightly too high. 5s
15 - got the wrong side of some crappy stuff and had to climb back up a bit. 5s
16,17 - tiring again
18 - running hard
finish - running harder. Mark not there. 25s

6th fastest on the middle leg.

11th team. Good start for the new generation of LOC.
