Orienteering 2:00:00 [3] 9.1 km (13:11 / km)

Long event at WCOCs. Broke my compass at the second control and ran the rest of the course without it. Couldn't find two controls in the end in a complicated sandhill area.

Orienteering 18:32 [3] 2.0 km (9:16 / km)

WCOC sprint. Made a 2 minute mistake going down the wrong trail right off the start. The rest of the race was clean although I died a little at the end and didn't push up the hills like I should have.

2 x 1.5 = 3.

Running warm up/down 20:00 [3] 3.0 km (6:40 / km)

Warm up for sprint.

Orienteering 31:00 [3] 5.0 km (6:12 / km)
shoes: Wave Runners

WET at UBC. Super fun course by Andy. Beginning was super clean but got sloppy towards the end. Running speed a bit slower than I would like.

Hiking 1:02:00 [3] 5.0 km (12:24 / km)
shoes: Wave Runners

The grind looked pretty busy today so I decided to go up the BCMC trail. The trail was a bit gnarlier in places and a bit flatter in others than the grind and there were sections that it wasn't out of the question to run on. Definitely much less busy than the grind but a bit harder to get into a steady rhythm.
