It was a really nice race. I didn't make any mistakes, but I was just slow.

Only ran the 1500m, because it started to rain, so I didn't run the 800m. My 1500m was really slow, I hope my time will get better.

Had a nice slow run. It was good, except that it was super hot. Did a few sprints afterwards. We ran athletics tomorrow somewhere in Kemptonpark.

Did 5 x 150m with 50m rest in between. And the last three had 400m rest.
