Loxley combo.

Achilles 1, feeling pretty good. Left heel is very tender and sore though from when I woke up. Didn't notice it at all on the run as am a mid/forefoot runner.
Bought some chunky shoes for cycling though thanks to Charlie's advice so hopefully that helps.
