BUCS Relay

Went out 3rd 80sec down on Hoddy and ~25sec down on Nixon.
Caught up Nixon at 3 as he had longer gaffle and we saw Peter then the chase was on. Stayed clean and pushed on had another shortish gaffle and got closer then Peter and me messed up the invisible thicket and I got a few seconds lead and kicked about 1.5k from the end but died on last hill and peter came past me was annoying getting overtaken right at the end but really happy with 2nd for a young team compared to others.

Impressed running so quickly off 3 hours sleep

Felt very fit but navigation went down the drain. Just struggling finding boulders in lots of boulders or boulders by themselves in greenish forest. Just being a bit lazy with compass and map details.
